Privacy

Your personal details and guests names and addresses are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party.

Ink

Printing prices include black ink. Colour printing is an additional charge.

Prices & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notification. All prices include 10% GST. Orders paid by cheque will not be sent or taken till funds are cleared. Once an order has been confirmed, payment of 30% deposit of total quoted price is required as a booking deposit. Kylie Designs reserves the date and resources for the production of stationery. For this reason, all booking deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance for all items requires payment in full before commencement of production of the stationery.

Cancellation of orders

Printed and made stationery cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery

By external courier Australia wide & Australia Post. Delivery/postage and handling can be provided and will be quoted separately, upon completion of production. This is required to be paid prior to delivery. Orders will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier and will require a signature. Courier/Australia Post deliveries are not the responsibility of Kylie Designs and are delivered at the clients risk.

Printed & Assembled Stationery Proofs

A proof of your wording and font choice will be given or emailed to client. Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until I have received a signed proof approval.

Errors

Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the client’s expense regardless of how the error occurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all copies are correct.

Samples

For complete piece of mind, Kylie Designs can produce samples of your invitation prior to confirming your order. Please allow 2-3 working weeks. Sample invitations are $25 per design or $50 for a full set. (Full set includes invitation and additional cards within, place card, menu and booklet cover). Bonbonniere charged separately depending on choice.
